I WANT TO START MY OWN GOLF CLOTHING LINE?

I am not involved in fashion but feel i have good ideas. What would be the best software to start with, just to get my ideas down.
Polyvore.com is pretty awesome. You can browse different clothes and sets and see what interests you.
The best way to design is with a good old fashion pencil and pad of paper. Experience and practice are good too.. get a sewing machine and walk around some fabric stores to see what interests you!
