Wrong. The US Constitution states “Congress shall have Power to declare War” Not the president. Whether or not the Libya invasion qualifies as a war is for the Legislative Branch to determine, not you or I or Obama or his cadre of cowering sycophants.

@VernonKrudlik That law suit has no merit, as all we’re doing is living up to our obligations to NATO in a secondary role. If republicans could sue Obama for breathing the air around him they would. They are nothing but a pathetic joke. Campaigning and governing are two very different things. He hasn’t lied to anyone, and he’s done the vast majority of the things he said he would do. You can thank the mindless and retrograde republican opposition for what Obama hasn’t been able to do.

This president, who is a constitutional scholar and was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, is currently being sued by a bipartisan group of House lawmakers for violating the War P.Act.
What do I want? I want this president to have the courage to stand for what he said he stands for. If he can’t or won’t, step down and let someone else who wears a pair of pants do the job. This is the highest executive office in the land, you can’t lead you have no business running for office.

He didn’t invade “another” country, (There are no American ground forces in Libya). Obama governs by achieving compromises, which is something that right-wingers don’t understand. In compromising you lose a little and win a little, and that’s politics. You don’t seem to have a clue about how the process works, or maybe you just want to troll and be an ass. Which is it?
